fine overall experience. quaint 3 star hotel with attentive staff and marvellous breakfast. reasonably sized rooms with very modern interior design. the location excellent and wonderful in a quiet neighborhood. based next to rotterdam for the summer carnaval street parade and the pretty garden.

Affable staff, nice views over the garden, everything is excellent. The breakfast in the garden is reasonable. It has great and decent location in Rotterdam just next door to Rotterdam for the Summer Carnaval street parade and Battle of the Drums on a spur of the moment weekend getaway, the tram station and many restaurants and central station. Offers good service and DELICIOUS food. Besides, parking is on site.

It was clean, staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed eggs and bacon in the bar. Magnificent location in the quiet area and it was a bonus to be near a tram station. There were pubs and restaurants near the place.

We had a very very good stay for a much longer visit.
Greatly enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and would stay here again without hesitation. The property was a comfortable place for enjoying a shopping area, just off Erasmusburg bridge. The staff were fabulously helpful and caring, everything was fantastic.

Can't wait to say thanks, would have extended the stay. Everything is amazing here, had a very nice stay for a much longer visit. The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, at a walking distance from an art museum. The breakfast was generous and enjoyable, we really enjoyed a wide range of meals.
